A school’s whole digital side, rebuilt by one person.

the mess

The directors couldn’t agree on what the website should be. The old domain was gone for good, nobody in-house could run a site, and everyone was nervous about taking payments online.

what I did

Got the directors in one room, and out of it with one plan.

Built a brand and a website that actually sound like the school.

Added an LMS so parents can see progress and messages in one place.

Set up an online uniform shop with cash on collection, so nobody had to worry about card fees.

Later went full-time: set up the IT department and built a custom ERP, solo.

what happened

Enrolment targets hit every year for a decade. The brand I built from scratch is still in use, and the ERP went live within six months.
