UTM Link Builder
Add UTM parameters to any URL so your analytics can tell you exactly which campaign, channel, or ad drove each visitor. Fill in the fields below and copy the ready-to-use tracking link.
What are UTM parameters?
UTM parameters are short tags you append to a URL. When someone clicks the link, Google Analytics, Plausible, or any other analytics platform reads those tags and records where the visitor came from. Without them, traffic from a WhatsApp broadcast, a newsletter, and a Facebook post all looks the same in your dashboard — just "direct."
There are five parameters: utm_source identifies the platform
(e.g. facebook), utm_medium the channel type
(e.g. social), and utm_campaign the specific campaign
(e.g. q1-promo). The optional utm_term tracks paid search
keywords and utm_content distinguishes creative variants in A/B tests.
